All myfelt products are shipped climate neutrally via DHL GoGreen and are free of charge from an order value of 29 € within Germany, 99 € or 99 £ within continental Europe and UK and 199 € outside of Europe . Shipping costs are 4,90 € within Germany, 14,90 € within continental Europe, 9 £ to the UK and 29,90 € worldwide.Items that are in stock will be delivered to you within 1-3 days. For products that are not in stock, the delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks.Any product can be returned to us free of charge within 14 days. This does not apply to custom-made products.

Cleaning and Care

Wool felt is a robust, low-maintenance and durable material.Its natural lanolin content and high density prevent dirt from penetrating quickly. myfelt products should only be cleaned dry and without brush attachments. Production and sustainability

myfelt felt products are made of 100% sustainably produced New Zealand virgin wool and are manufactured in traditional handicraft under fair working conditions in our partner factories in Nepal. myfelt is the only manufacturer of felt ball carpets worldwide with a Fairtrade certification by GoodWeave.
